“In my opinion, Diasporan Ghana Network (DGN) provides an intersection-point at which all supporters of change can jointly explore, identify and negotiate a desired collective outcome!

Obvious to development analysts, a country’s change processes involve a multiplicity of actors, fields and levels - bringing a diversity of interests, values, agendas and cultures.

The interplay of these developmental factors coupled with the possibility of newcomers joining the change process at various times, makes the outcome of any transformative action unpredictable and may include unevenness of power relations with varying contexts which then affects speed-depth-direction-impact of change.

Thus, DGN seeks to streamline these complexities and differences in order to influence the emergence of beneficial outcomes for all Ghanaians ”
